Opinion on the new patch?

So a pretty big patch came out tuesday, lets look at what happened:


-Skarner Released
-Light Fiddle Nerfs
-Huge Pantheon Buffs
-Some small Leona tweaks
-Small Kennen Buffs
-Small Malphite Buffs

Opinions?

All i really have to say is that Kennen won't be a top pick until they fix his fucking energy costs. Lightning rush is better lategame now but midgame and early game are where kennen actually has problems managing energy.

The fiddle nerfs were stupid: the problem is that he has a 3 second RANGED fear, his damage was fine. Nerfing Dark Wind and Drain isn't going to help.

Skarner is a mess. I mean wtf are you supposed to do with his kit?

His specialization is raping their carry and possibly getting them in a position where focus becomes easier.
